Manage the host package store (the pool, the per-analysis farms, and the catalog)

Usage

inflexa store [options] [command]

Commands

Command	Description
inflexa store add	Acquire one package into the package pool (PyPI, CRAN, or Bioconductor), behind an approval
inflexa store link	Link packages the pool already holds into the farm of one analysis (no download, no container)
inflexa store ls	List the packages, the farms, the live flights, and the disk use of the package store
inflexa store download	Start the detached catalog transfer from GitHub Packages, or report why none is necessary
inflexa store cancel	Stop the live catalog transfer and remove the partial staged tree; installed content stays
inflexa store reclaim	Remove store content that no farm references, after a preview inside the exclusivity window
