Provenance — the recorded history of an analysis's inputs and actions

Usage

inflexa prov [options] [command]

Command	Description
`inflexa prov export`	Export an analysis's provenance document as PROV (writes into its workspace folder by default)
`inflexa prov lineage`	Trace lineage through the recorded provenance graph — <ref> is a file path, content hash, hash prefix, search string over paths/commands/tools, or record QName
`inflexa prov verify`	Verify the integrity of an analysis's provenance chain and signature
`inflexa prov verify-file`	Verify an exported provenance file against its .sig.json sidecar (no database needed)
