Provenance

Defensible by design. Every claim, traced to source.

Inflexa logs every step of every analysis. Each conclusion in a translational dossier links back to the data, the method, and the literature evidence chain that supports it. When your IT, QA, or external review asks 'how did you get there?', the answer is one click away.

Built for defensibility

Three foundations of a reviewable result

Literature evidence chains

Inflexa runs targeted PubMed queries against each finding's hub genes, transcription factors, and pathways. Every claim in the dossier links to its supporting PMID.

Full audit trail

Every analysis step is logged immutably: input, method, parameters, output. Reproduce any past run; explain any past conclusion.

End-to-end lineage

Click any conclusion and walk back through the analysis steps to the source data. The platform produces a visual lineage graph for every dossier.

Audit trail

Every step, logged immutably.

If a reviewer asks 'what ran, when, and with what inputs?', the answer is already recorded.

Every agent action is captured at the moment it occurs: tool call, file read, parameter selection, intermediate decision. The audit log is immutable: entries are written once and cannot be modified after the fact. This makes it suitable for QA review, regulatory-adjacent scrutiny, and internal reproducibility audits where the integrity of the record matters as much as the record itself.

Data lineage

Every conclusion, traceable to the data.

From raw input to final figure, every transformation in between is visible and walkable.

The lineage graph captures the full path from raw inputs through transformation steps, models, and integration passes to the final conclusion. Each node in the graph is a versioned artefact with a content hash; each edge is a step with logged parameters and a run UUID. Click any output node and walk back upstream to the source data, with every intermediate file and decision visible along the path.

Literature evidence

Every claim, traced to a PMID.

For each programme or candidate Inflexa surfaces, the platform runs targeted PubMed queries against the relevant hub genes, transcription factors, and pathways. Queries are scoped to the finding (a CXCL13-centred search is not the same as a broad UC literature pull), and each query is logged as part of the analysis provenance.

Evidence chains are assembled from the literature tier by tier: basic biology first, then preclinical evidence, then clinical evidence where it exists. Each step in the chain is a distinct claim, and each claim carries a hyperlink to its supporting source. The chain is not a summary, it is a traceable argument.

The result is a defensible mechanism narrative: not "Inflexa says so", but "here are the papers that support each step of the chain, with PMIDs you can audit." When your biostatistician or external collaborator asks how a mechanism was grounded, the answer is in the dossier, not in a follow-up email.

evidence chainCXCL13 · anti-CXCL13 programme
  • Basic biology

CXCL13 is expressed by T follicular helper cells and drives B-cell recruitment in inflamed tissue.

    PMID 19620293 ↗
  • Preclinical evidence

CXCL13 blockade reduces B-cell infiltration and attenuates colitis severity in murine UC models.

    PMID 28842433 ↗
  • Clinical evidence

Elevated CXCL13 serum levels associate with treatment non-response in paediatric UC cohorts.

    PMID 36792466 ↗
Built for your review

Built for the review your team will get.

Internal QA review

Fit-for-purpose validation reports per analysis type. Audit logs available on request. Methodology documented to source. Every run is reproducible months after the fact.

External collaborators

Co-author a translational dossier with a CRO or academic partner; every claim is sourced; the work is reviewable in their workflow. Shared provenance, not shared trust.

Regulatory-adjacent scrutiny

The audit trail and lineage graph mean a future Part 11-validated deployment doesn't require re-instrumentation. The provenance infrastructure is already there.
