How do I get started?

What does BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage) mean?

You connect your own S3 bucket or Azure Blob container. When you run an analysis, your data is pulled in for processing, then deleted from our side once results are written back to your storage. BYOS is available on all plans.

What is BYOC deployment?

With BYOC, Inflexa runs inside your own cloud account. All data and compute stay in your VPC. This is Enterprise-only.

What compliance certifications are available?

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, and GDPR compliance apply platform-wide — all plans benefit. Enterprise adds HIPAA BAA (a per-customer legal agreement for handling PHI) and 21 CFR Part 11 (per-customer validation for FDA-regulated environments). Contact us for current certification status.

Agents and skills are reusable analysis components. You can build your own or use ones others have published. Biotech and Enterprise plans also support private agents scoped to your organization.

How does project sharing differ between plans?

On Personal, you can share projects as read-only. Biotech and Enterprise get full collaboration: shared workspaces, comments, and co-editing.

What is Privacy Mode?

Privacy Mode ensures that none of your data — including prompts and responses — is used to improve or train our models. When enabled, no interaction data is retained beyond serving the immediate request. It's available on Biotech and Enterprise plans.
